Sylvester began his career as one of the earliest employees at a fast-scaling technology startup, where he grew into a leadership role as the company ultimately achieved a $500M+ exit. This gave him firsthand exposure to the signals and strategic drivers behind major tech acquisitions.
Big Tech Expertise
Following this exit, Sylvester held leadership roles at Google and IBM, leading global teams across Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise IT, Cloud-based Applications, and Applied AI. He has also advised some of the most promising, execution-ready ventures — including a digital transformation firm acquired by IBM for $300M.
Founder of MVP
Building on this experience, Sylvester founded Morgan Venture Partners to bridge clients to late-stage, premium U.S. tech opportunities. His mission: make exclusive, high-quality pre-IPO and secondary deals accessible to serious global capital allocators.
